Return Policy

General Policy

Next Day Office Supplies offers the most competitive return policy in the industry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. THERE ARE NO RESTOCKING FEES AND WE WILL PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. Credit will be issued to your credit card within 2 weeks of shipping back your product. All products will be returned via UPS and can be picked up at your business or dropped off at the nearest UPS location. To submit a return request simply visit our Online Returns page or call 1-866-706-6367 to speak with a customer representative.

Inspection of Items Received

Please refuse to accept all obviously damaged packages from the carrier. If you suspect there may be damage and you accept the goods, please note this on the receiving slip you sign. Please open all boxes immediately and check the packing slip against the contents for completeness. If there is damage not detectable (concealed) until you unpack your shipment, please contact us and we will instruct the carrier to pick up your package and return it to us for a claim. In the case of any damage, please save all boxes and packaging for inspection by the carrier. All damaged goods, shortages and wrong-filled orders must be reported within 5 days of receiving. You will receive replacement items unless you specifically request a refund on the damaged or missing items.

Defective Goods

We will accept the return of all defective goods up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please follow the procedures outlined in the general policy above to return these items. You will be able to specify whether you want a replacement or a full refund. We will pay all return shipping charges. If the product proves to be defective after 30 days you should contact the manufacturer directly and they will inform you how to proceed. We supply products but do not warranty them past the original 30 day period.

Returns

All returned products must be in the original manufacturer’s shipping cartons, complete with all packing and associated materials. The packages should be in restockable condition, which means free of dents, scratches, stickers or marks on the packaging. Items should not be assembled or used. Please follow the procedures outlined in the general policy above to return these items.

Non-returnable items

Certain items will be designated as non-returnable due to the nature of the product. These include food and beverages, medicines, special order/custom and assembled items.

Free Return Shipping

Our free return shipping policy applies to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and excludes hazardous material items, which cannot be shipped by UPS air.
