Free Express Delivery for supply orders over $50.00
Shipping is free for all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a $8.95 shipping and handling fee; is there a toner cartridge you could add to your order to receive free delivery? Items that cannot ship via UPS are excluded from free shipping and are noted as "requires truck delivery" in your cart prior to check-out.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM in your time zone ordinarily ship the same day (Monday-Friday). Most of our orders are shipped by UPS and received by our customers the following week day.
We ship from a network of warehouses across the United States. Products such as desks, file cabinets, etc. that are too large to ship by UPS will ship to you via a local trucking company. Truck deliveries typically require 1-3 additional days for delivery, but we will speak with you prior to shipping any order via truck.
Orders shipping by truck will not ship until we've spoken with you to confirm delivery arrangements (in case you missed this point above). Once we've received your order we will contact you, or if you prefer contact us at 1-866-706-6367 or

Truck deliveries do not mean inside deliveries. Truck deliveries will be brought to your dock or door, not inside the building. This is an insurance issue for the trucking company, not just a rude driver.
Inside delivery/setup is available in some areas. We’ll ask if you require this when we speak; we may be able to assist with these requirements in your market.
Try as we might, we can’t “schedule” truck deliveries. We will work with you and our truck to have you receive a call before delivery, but we can’t promise a 10:00 a.m. delivery, for example.
Signatures are required on truck deliveries. Please be certain someone will be present to sign when a truck delivery is to be made. Absolutely can’t be present but feeling lucky? Fill out and leave in a prominent location
this form; our driver will leave the shipment and take the form.
If the shipment appears to be damaged, the one rule to note is the more you can write on a delivery ticket, the better. Notes, digital photos, signatures, anything else you can throw into the mix – these all help with the freight claim process if it is necessary to initiate one. Even the best driver in the world will occasionally have damage; please note it and alert us immediately. Freight claims need to be filed within a very short time frame, so we ask that any claims for damaged or missing items be made within 48 hours.
Residential delivery is not available in some areas of the country; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.
Next Day Office Supplies.com ships to all locations within the forty-eight contiguous states. We do not offer shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and International addresses, and we do not accept orders shipping to freight forwarding companies.
Next Day Office Supplies does not accept C.O.D orders.
All deliveries require a signature. If you are unable to be present to receive a delivery you may complete
this form and place it in a prominent place for our driver.
