I love magazines – everything about them - from the masthead displaying the names of writers and designers to the full-bleed ads occupying every other page. My favorite places are those that have high stacks and full racks of magazines. So you can probably guess what my pet peeve is then…? When waiting areas don’t have magazine racks filled with magazines, of course! I realize that magazines left for “public use” can be a bit of a “germ magnet” (just thinking about all those strangers who touched them make me cringe), but I look forward to waiting rooms because of magazines.

Due to my adoration for glossy pages, today’s Next Day Favorite item is the multi-tiered literature holder for magazines. I think every waiting area should have one filled with bright magazine covers!
