There’s a good chance that the soreness and stiffness you experience in you wrist is due to your computer mouse. If you’re working 40 hours a week and rarely retract your hand from your mouse, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. Every now and then I find myself circulating my wrist to get rid of the strain. I figured, there’s tons of ergonomic products out there these days, so why wouldn’t there be an ergonomic mouse available?
